Shipping & Returns



At Vintage Stash we ship to virtually any address in the world, however, there are some restrictions on some products when shipping to international destinations. Feel free to check this with us prior to making a purchase.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, delivery date estimates may appear on the quotes page.

Please note the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, with details of this available in the product description. All weights are rounded to the next full pound, which is in line with the shipping companies we use.




You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error; such as you received an incorrect item.

Your refund should be completed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (five to 10 business days), processing time once we receive it (three to five business days), and processing time of your bank receiving the refund (five to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account; view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click on ‘Return Item(s)’. We will send you an email when we have received and processed the returned item.
