Can I buy online?

Yes! You can browse our stock categories via the left menue and create an account here


What are your opening hours?

We are open 11am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am – 4pm on Sundays.

 

Where do you source your vintage items?

A great deal of our vintage furniture is sourced from farm and estate sales in Victoria and southern New South Wales.

 

Who designs your art pieces?

The majority of our designs are sourced from European, New Zealand and United States artists, which we import directly. We also strive to stock pieces from local Melbourne and other Australian artists to add diversity to our collection.

 

Do you offer free postage?

Because we sell a variety of stock in all different shapes and sizes we cannot provide free postage. When you order online we will generate a shipping cost for you so there are no surprises. See more information here

 

Where do you deliver?

While we try and deliver to wherever we can in the world, there may be some restrictions on certain products in some locations. Feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase to double check and more information is available here

 

Do you accept returns on online orders?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, log in to your account here to view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link. Then click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We will notify you by email once your refund has been received and processed. If you have a question, please call on us on 03 9419 3739.

 

Do you accept returns on in store purchases?

Yes. You have 30 days to return your item to the store and it must be new and unopened. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Can we place a delivery order over the phone?

If you see something you like either on Facebook or online and would rather order via the phone, please call us on 03 9419 3739. We can assist any time from 11am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am – 4pm on Sunday.

I’m a photographer / artist and would love to see some of my pieces in Vintage Stash! How can I go about this?

You are welcome to send us an email and you may attach your portfolio or ‘look book’ so we can review your work and whether it fits within Vintage Stash’s range.  

 

I have a stash of vintage items you might be interested in purchasing for your store?

At Vintage Stash we only purchase at auctions, but thank you for your interest.

 

We are an international designer and would like you to consider retailing our stock. How do we go about this?

Please send us an email with your catalog or ‘look book’ and we can assess whether it fits within Vintage Stash’s range.
